Meet Ecochain - they help companies measure and improve their environmental impact. With 70 people and two different products (one for big enterprises, one for smaller companies), they were doing great work but struggling with a common problem: their data was a mess.
The challenge

- Built one central place (data warehouse) for all their data (no more scattered information)
- Connected all their tools (Stripe, Mixpanel, HubSpot) so data flows automatically
- Set up Power BI dashboards that actually show what's happening in the business
- Added Slack notifications so they know immediately if something goes wrong
The best part? Everything updates automatically. No more manual exports or data entry.
